Damages Policy

Due to the unique nature of our handcrafted products and sanitary reasons, we unfortunately, do not accept returns so please feel free to reach out with any questions you have about your product prior to making your purchase decision.

While we try to take every possible precaution to ensure that our products are mostly unbreakable and are packaged in very sturdy packaging to prevent any damaged, in the unfortunate situation that your item gets damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item to initiate a replacement request. You will then be refunded with a gift card for our website, valued at the price of the product that is damaged, less the initial shipping charge, and any applicable discounts/coupons that may have been used during your transaction. The gift card can then be redeemed for the same, or another, product of your choice on our online store.
