Shipping Policy
At Vedalife™, each order is prepared with care and intention. Our products are thoughtfully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in their best condition.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- During periods of high demand or new product launches, handling times may be slightly extended — we appreciate your patience as we prepare each parcel mindfully.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Times
- Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.
- Domestic (Canada & U.S.) orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- International delivery may take 10–21 business days, depending on customs clearance and local postal operations.
Customs, Duties & Tariffs
- U.S. tariffs are prepaid — these are calculated at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery experience with no additional fees upon arrival.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees for all other regions (international destinations) are not included in your purchase price. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your country’s customs regulations.
- Vedalife is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier handling times.
Shipping Locations
- All orders ship from British Columbia, Canada, to most regions worldwide.
Packaging & Sustainability
- Our packaging is eco-conscious, crafted from recyclable, compostable, or reusable materials whenever possible.
- Certain items (such as Himalayan salt bars) may include protective coverings to ensure product safety during transit — these are rare exceptions made for product integrity.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
• Once an order leaves our distribution centre, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
• If your shipment appears delayed or lost, please contact us at namaste@vedalife.ca with your order number — we’ll do our best to assist in resolving the issue
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Once an order has been submitted, it will be shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. Vedalife cannot modify the address after processing and is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
