Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, buyers are responsible for tracking and collecting their package within the carrier’s pickup window. If a package is returned to us because it was not picked up, was refused, or the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the buyer must contact us to request a refund or reshipment. Refunds are not automatic. If a refund is requested, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the product price. This fee helps offset shipping-related charges, duties, taxes, carrier fees, handling, and processing costs associated with returned or unclaimed packages.
