Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Vedalife, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and care that goes into every product. Each piece is handcrafted, inspected, and packaged mindfully before it leaves our studio. Because many of our products are intended for personal or hygienic use, we maintain a transparent and respectful return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
- Due to the nature of our wellness and personal-use products (including copper, kansa, terracotta, and bath accessories), returns or exchanges are not accepted once an item has been opened or used.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, and shipped back to us within 5 days of delivery.
- Please contact us at namaste@vedalife.ca with your order number and reason for return before sending any item back — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please email us within 3 days of delivery at namaste@vedalife.ca with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
- We will promptly review your case and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a store credit.
As our pieces are handcrafted, minor variations in texture, polish, or color are natural and reflect artisanal authenticity rather than defects
Order Cancellations
All sales are final once an order is placed. Cancellations are not accepted as orders are processed promptly to ensure timely fulfillment.
